Councillor Barbara Mosterman was elected May 2021, became Shadow Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care in 2022. She has been the Deputy Chair Political since 2022, devoting much of her time to managing the local and by-elections campaigns with great coordinating skills and motivational style.
